"Kind, caring and understanding"

About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

This was my first experience of hospital at home and I can't stress enough the level of care and support I was given.  Also, my family were kept informed as to my condition on each visit.  Each and every one of the nurses were professional, while being kind, caring and understanding.  I have nothing but the highest regard for the H at H team.  Thanks for all your support in helping me back to recovery.

Thanks for your kind and positive feedback.

I am so glad to hear that your first experience of the team team was a very positive one. All the staff will deliver safe and effect care in a professional manner.

We at all times keep family involved along the journey of the patient and discuss any changes in treatment.

Making a full recovery is always better at home in your own surroundings with support of your family.

I will pass on your feedback to all the team.

Many thanks
