"made me feel stupid"

About: Enhanced Care / GP out of hours

(as a service user),

The out of hours receptionist made me feel stupid and like I had done the incorrect thing by calling.

I found her to be rude, judgemental and unhelpful. 

Almost terminated the call, thankfully I did not as I did require urgent medical attention.
