About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Fracture Liaison Clinic

(as a service user),

The patient service provided by Arlene and Julie at Forth Valley (Falkirk) over the past few weeks since shattering my collar bone has been second-to-none.

The welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that the team provide truly helps relax and reassure patients which is an incredible gift/skill as most patients (myself included) are anxious about their condition (mostly fractures) because they are sore.  

Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way.

Sorry to hear you have sustained a collarbone injury.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your kind Care Opinion.

Despite our department being very busy we do try to create a very person centred environment and the staff do this very well. We try to put our patients at the centre of what we do and I am glad that has been your experience.

It is great for me as the manager to receive such positive feedback and it will be me pleasure to pass it onto the staff.
