"Brought joy into a scary situation"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Clinical Haematology (Ward 4c)

(as a service user),

Over the last six months I received excellent care on this ward. The whole team went out of their way to make me feel at home and to be as comfortable as possible. The personal care from the people here brought joy into a scary situation and I am very grateful. Many Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the staff in Ward 4C. It’s lovely to know that the care and support the staff provide is appreciated and helps people when they need it most.

I will ensure that your feedback is shared with the Team and would like to thank you on their behalf.

Best wishes

Nicole
