(as the patient),

The GRACE clinic referred me for a scan but have failed to give me the results. Communication has been rubbish. This has left me feeling sad and frustrated.

Hi Ellby59,

Firstly thank you for taking the time to share your personal experience of the care you received within the GRACE clinic. I apologise that you did not receive your scan results in a timely manner. I have spoken to the team on the day you raised this and a Doctor contacted you with results. Thank you for taking my phone call afterwards in order to follow up and I am delighted that this is now resolved.
