"Planned C section Royal Jubilee Maternity Hospital"

About: Maternity care / Post-Natal wards (E and Johnston house) Maternity care / Theatre

(as a service user),

I had a planned c section at the end of January in RJMH. My experience was really great from start to finish. Theatre staff made me feel extremely comfortable even though I was very anxious. Special thanks to midwives Colette and co in recovery and Dr McLoughlin who did my spinal.

Staff at Johnston House were also amazing and care was brilliant. I wanted to highlight support worker Gemma in particular who helped me start my breastfeeding journey. She is amazing and a great asset to the maternity team at JH.  Also big thanks to midwife Jennifer Hall.
