(as a service user),

I recently had an appointment at the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.

From the moment I entered the Endoscopy Department, everyone was warm, friendly and reassuring. I was asked several times if I had any questions and I was made to feel that my care was their priority. 

The department itself was bright, clean and welcoming. My privacy was respected and my needs meet. 

Thank You All for making what could be a strange and uncomfortable time just a little more bearable. 

I left feeling like I had been very well looked after.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your recent visit to the Regional Endoscopy Unit here at Queen Margaret. I was delighted to read all your lovely positive comments about your journey.

Especially that the team were all very informative and that you were shown dignity and respect throughout your journey. Thus making your procedure more bearable. When we are a little apprehensive a kind voice goes along way.

I will take great delight passing on your lovely comments on to the team and also to our very hard working domestic team who very rarely get a mention so they will be so happy that their hard work has been noticed Wishing you a speedy recovery
