"I would have no hesitation seeking help there again"

I was recently under the care of the team at Bronte Ward CAH. Before leaving I promised them that I would send an email praising the ward and the staff. This however has proved more difficult than I anticipated.

The difficulty, as I discovered when trying to do this, wasn't that I couldn't think of ways to extoll the virtues of the Ward and staff but rather how to accomplish this in a way which will do justice to everybody whilst avoiding a lengthy email consisting of lists instances and examples of the help I received from every one of the many Doctors Nurses and support staff.

Even if I could remember all of their names it would be impossible to recall all of the ways that I was helped by each individual. I'm sure however that many such examples and mentions have already been provided by others on here.

Having said that I believe that Bronte and it's staff richly deserve my own personal heartfelt and sincere gratitude and acknowledgement for all their help. I will try to sum up my sentiments by simply saying that Bronte most definitely saved my life.

By their words and actions the Doctors Nurses Nursing assistants Caterers Cleaners etc. repeatedly demonstrated that to them my wellbeing was more than just a job. I am infinitely grateful for all of the help given to me by all of the staff there and I apologise if I have omitted any of their professional titles in my previous comments.

I am proud to have been helped on my way by Bronte Ward and I strongly recommend it to anyone reading this who is in need of help as I was. I would have no hesitation seeking help there again should the need arise.

Every member of the staff there are exceptional at their jobs but more than this I consider Bronte and it's staff to be a good friend and I will never forget them.
