About: The Surgery (Cranwich Road)

(as the patient),

Not the best experience. I feel in general that the doctors at the surgery are impatient and anxious to move on to the next thing. I didn't really feel listened to. Perhaps the staff are overloaded, but the people who come to the surgery are in pain and want their problems to be taken care of. This doesn't feel like care.

Dear Patient,

We are sorry you felt your appointment was rushed.

We are working really hard to make contact with every patient on the same day and this may have made you feel unheard which is not out intention.

I will sure feed this back to all my clinicians in the next meeting. However the demand is extremely high and we want to ensure no patient is left without having an appointment.

We will continue to work hard to take your feedback onboard and improve the care we provide to our patients.
