(as a service user),

Upon first arrival to detox I felt anxious and fearful of the unknown. I first met Allan who took me through the initial process and the first two days i was supported whilst in my room as I felt uncomfortable. In the last four days all members of staff have been encouraging, supporting. and attentive. The nurses listened to my concerns and supported me with my health. I would like to express my thanks to all staff and this process has far out weighted my expectations and the experience has been seamless.
