"I had a very impressive visit"

My recent appointment with the pre-assessment team was a very good experience.

I arrived early, the young man on reception was very efficient and very quickly had me logged into the system. I waited for only a few minutes before Rufus, the senior nurse, dealt with me efficiently, taking all necessary measurements / samples.

I was then directed to the ECG department where I was again dealt with by the nurse in charge very efficiently. I was then directed to nurse Lyn, who very kindly offered me tea which was very welcome, she took my details etc and passed me on to Dr Tobler who again efficiently completed my pre-assessment.

Overall I had a very impressive visit with great staff and very pleasant surroundings.
