(as the patient),

I suffer from severe pain in my hands due to arthritis. I felt really bad because of the pain and I was afraid of doing anything because very often the pain made it impossible. I don't want to be dependent on others so I felt depressed. 

I was referred to occupational therapy and met Jacqueline. She supported me, helped me to understand how to deal with my illness. Thanks to her professional advice, fantastic personality (understanding, warm, kind) and lots of tips how to manage usual duties I started to be more optimistic and ready to be challenged another day.

Thank you Jacqui. I appreciate all you did for me and I am really very grateful.
