About: Mater Hospital / Day Procedure Unit (DPU)

(as the patient),

The day didn't start too well as the letter I had received, advising me of my appointment, incorrectly directed me to the RVH rather than the Mater. However, following arrival at the Mater, the entire procedure was carried out very efficiently and professionally. All staff were friendly and courteous and the operation at hand was fully explained to me. I would like to extend my thanks to everyone at the hospital for the care I received, with particular mention to the surgeon.
