Been to ENT in Victoria hospital to sort my ear problems out, last appt was months and months ago. Was told I would get an appt in 3 months, rang up loads and they know nothing about it.
They told me I need operation, I'm in agony, why do they know nothing about it? No appointment sent out even though they said they would, this affects me daily.
