Dear ACTON,

My name is Kate and I am the lead nurse for the major trauma service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to share about your experience in MTU and for providing this lovely feedback for our team. Be assured, I will ensure this is shared widely with the whole team who I know will very much appreciate your kind words.

We are delighted with the progress that you have made and wish you the very best for your ongoing rehabilitation.

Best wishes, Kate

Your very welcome Kate, I've told the horsey world how wonderful you all are in Major Trauma Unit and how loving & caring everyone was towards me and all the patients. I certainly, woouldn't be on the road to a comfortable recovery without the help I received, in MTU, I cannot thank everyone enough, say hi to everyone and I'm missing you all, as I feel like I acquired a wonderful new family from my experience, hope you all are enjoying the treats in the hamper with every tea break, nothing quite like a wee bun with a cuppa ... Lots of love ❤️
