The RCDS team have a great service which is all about speed delivered by a helpful, caring team. 

Ashley was my contact and her polite, friendly manner was reassuring during a stressful time.  I had been feeling a bit under the weather and generally unwell so I booked a GP appointment.  He referred me to the hospital for tests, which I must admit did come as a bit of a shock. This can lead to anxiety but Ashley was very understanding on how I was feeling and her calm manner was reassuring. 

I was given at CT scan and Endoscopy and here again the staff were great. The results were given to me the next day after the tests, I couldn't believe how quick it all was.

I was very impressed by the overall service I received and of course relieved that my health was okay.  I have had a few visits to the hospital over the years and on some occasions waited a long time for any follow up.  I would describe my experience on this occasion as speedy, caring and friendly, from a very professional team.
