"Follow up on Cardiac surgery"

(as a service user),

I was contacted by the cardiac staff nurse Nisha for a follow up appointment after my heart surgery.. Nisha’s initial communication was good and accommodating in terms of the timing for the appointment. During the appointment I found Nisha to be caring, detailed, an excellent sharp listener, knowledgeable, good at explaining and putting the relevant points across. Since the appointment Nisha’s follow up has been superb highlighting her good communication skills. So far I have found the experience to be quite a positive recommendable interaction following my surgery and look forward to the next steps.
