(as a service user),

I am writing to let you know how I happy I was with my visit to the tissue viability service last month. The girl was very pleasant and helpful. I was a bit apprehensive about what would happen but she explained everything as she did it and she made me feel completely at ease.

She seems to be a very caring person and she made my visit very enjoyable. Once again, thank you for a very much appreciated service.
