"I have had an amazing experience here"

Upon arrival, I was feeling nervous, anxious and excited at the same time to start my recovery.  I was made to feel very welcomed by the staff.

I have enjoyed meeting new people seeking recovery and learning about their stories.   Having a laugh and playing games.

The groups sessions have helped me realise I am not on my own, I am not the only person who has a problem.  You can get through it with support.   I learnt different coping strategies for maintaining my recovery such as starting old and new hobbies.

The staff have all been amazing.   Kerry - Recovery Worker is really nice.   Everyone makes you feel welcomed.  The Nurse Jo was really supportive along with Debbie the Recovery Worker.  The food was really good. 

You may find times where you are struggling.  However, the staff are very supportive to your needs to help you get through on to the road to recovery.

I have made good friends, who I will stay in contact with. 

I would a million percent recommend this Detox to anyone seeking recovery from alcohol or substance misuse.   I have had an amazing experience here.
