I remember well the day you came into Crozier Lodge exactly a year ago! It is true that a cup of tea and a conversation is a great place to start to put a plan in place! Your experience also showed how excellent the Access and Information Service is as we were able to ring through and link you in with them and get the referral process in place and link you in with other services too.

I am delighted that you now see coming here as one of the bet things to happen to you, that speaks so positively about the entire team here and we do try to create a home from home experience. We remember too, that everyone who comes here are adults with such a wealth of life experience, whose current circumstances mean they just need a little bit of support. And that support can be in the simplest of ways, in providing a safe place to be with peers.

We try to offer a wide range of activities and hold regular meetings with all who come here to see what we can try next, what's working and what is not. We focus always on what you can do and not what you can no longer do, we think creatively and we safely adapt. Crozier Lodge really is person-centred in it's approach and that's exactly how it should be. We would not be here without you all, so thank you.

The availability of a hot cooked meal is also important to so many who have limitations for a variety of reasons in terms of skills they may no longer have. Practical nourishment is also important for our overall well-being and health so I am delighted that you describe the food as outstanding.
