"Sad service"

About: South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

Called 999 22/1/24 for a old man that had a fall with bad hip and back pain they said they can't give a time but seven and a half hours later still no ambulance a very sad day for the service nothing else to say.
