When trying to get an appointment I rang 97 times before even getting on the loop and was number 10. I waited 30 minutes to get to number 2 then cut off. I repeated the process to be asked my symptoms and a triage nurse would call back. I didn't want to discuss my symptoms with the receptionist but felt I had to. I also asked if my blood and urine test redults had come back. She told me I could get the results online telling me all the reasons it would be better before saying yes they were back and no further action. She was unpleasant and gad no empathy...obviously in the wrong job. My husband and I both need an appointment but keep putting it off because of how difficult it is. I keep getting told I can book online but everyday I look there are none available
