(as a service user),

I have had experience of the Lotus Team through both of my pregnancies. The team could not be kinder or more supportive. I found the 'meet the midwife' session really helpful and reassuring as I was able to meet the whole team.

I had Rachael as my midwife for both pregnancies and she is amazing. Sarah was with me through my 2nd labour and aftercare and she is also wonderful.

I can't thank the Lotus Team enough for making my pregnancies and labours as positive as possible and helping me bring my 2 gorgeous sons safely into the world.

Congratulations on the birth of your second son and thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I will pass it on to Sarah, Rachael and the wider team, they will be delighted, as am I that you have had such a positive experience with the team.

We have exciting plans within the Trust to transform our maternity services so more women have the opportunity to receive their care within small teams of midwives throughout pregnancy, birth and the early parenting period. The Lotus team are the leading the way as the first continuity team with more teams to follow.
