"Fantastic Service"

I underwent cataract surgery recently at Spa Medica in Southampton, Hants. I cannot praise the service I received enough, it was tip top in every way. The staff were caring, polite and so professional, from the taxi drivers who transported us to and from Spa Medica, to the clinical staff and eye specialist staff, they were all so reassuring and efficient. The cataract surgery process itself was smooth and professionally carried out and the aftercare advice very good. Although there were lots of different stages to go through on the three occasions I attended, the clinic staff were always asking if I required anything, drinks etc, and looked after us beautifully all day. The specialist ophthalmic clinicians were very thorough and explained the whole process and the next steps really well. The whole experience has been amazing and I would not hesitate to attend again should I require further cataract surgery. With my sincere thanks to all the staff for their help, kindness and professionalism.
