Attended for a procedure as an outpatient in the Endosopy Unit, was informed that I was in fact having two procedures, which was a bit of surprise to me (minor glitch in communication, but not a huge problem).
The staff from reception throughout the journey to recovery were lovely. Warm and friendly, reassuring and professional. A true reflection of the majority of NHS services and a stark reminder of how lucky we are to have this fabulous organisation free at the point of entry.
