"Great on the day service"

I do not contact the surgery regularly but had a situation today requiring me to do so.

It did take a while to get through (I was unable to the day before) but once I was through the service was very good.

I was offered an on the day appointment, which I attended.

The receptionist was lovely, and made me feel comfortable.

The GP was caring, did a thorough examination and explained everything clearly.

I left with an understanding of the issues I have and what I can do to alleviate them.

I was given medication and strategies to deal with the symptoms and an indication of how long this may take.

The surgery does get a lot of negative comments (not always justified) but when I needed the help, I got it - so thank you to all involved.
