Put in 28 day repeats, on no occasion in the last 12 months time has it been ready, on several occasions I had to come back, on 0ne 0ccasion it was 3 visits, as I am insulin dependent and went 5 days without! 28 days is enough time for the poorest logistics operation to deal with, primary school children could operate that so why not primary carers? The reception staff generally act like Cerberus (look it up) and talk to people as inferiors and the Pharmacy are nearly as poor. Perhaps they take their lead from the Pharmacist who was incredibly rude to me. When I first registered with Oaktree 12 years ago it was a warm, welcoming & caring surgery, no longer. If there was any alternative (there isn't), I would consider my options.
