"The staff could not have been more welcoming"

I recently had my Gallbladder removed via keyhole surgery in the Mater Hospital, Belfast.

I attended the Elective Overnight Stay Centre located on the 5th floor of the Dempsey Building. From the moment I set foot through the doors, the staff could not have been more welcoming, I met quite lot of staff  and can't remember half of their names (they were all fantastic) but I would like to give and extra extra special thank you to Shiny, my nurse, and Lyndsey, my nursing assistant, who looked after me every second of the day.

They talked me through everything and explained what would happen and put me at ease straight away as I was very anxious about the surgery. Nothing was any trouble for them, and on top of that facilities were spotless and I cannot recommend this amazing team enough, thank you so much, you guys do not get enough credit x
