"An overall air of efficiency and cleanliness was quite noticeable"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I had to attend the dermatology unit in Inverclyde hospital yesterday.

I was pleasantly surprised attending the dermatology unit by the overall standards of hygiene and care. While attending Inverclyde, an overall air of efficiency, punctuality and cleanliness was quite noticeable.

Many thanks to the staff there for providing a standard of care well above my experience elsewhere. Heartwarming!
