The appointment started before my allotted time and was highly professional, detailed and reassuring, while being very informative. I felt entirely at ease and listened to, the plan going forward was clear.

Despite the unprecedented pressures on the NHS, I felt no impact personally. My care thus far has been timely, empathetic and individualised. While hoping all is going to be well and soon resolved, I feel confident I am in the best place should the diagnosis be more sinister.
