"My replacement implant"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I had my contraceptive implant changed, the customer service and care was fantastic. Paula made me feel calm and was really helpful. My only difficulty was making the initial appointment-there is a one phone line and it cuts off after a certain wait time on hold.
