"It felt simply amazing to be heard"

(as a service user),

After a shorter than expected wait time at Inverclyde Royal A&E, I was seen by a young doctor. He listened so carefully, asked questions like he actually heard me, and consulted with a senior doctor when necessary.

After so many GP appointments when you are racing against the clock to get your story out and checked up in your allotted 10minutes, it felt simply amazing to be heard.

I hope junior doctors have excellent working conditions. They deserve it. Thank you so much for your attention and competent care!
