(as the patient),

From her first call into the waiting room, to her saying to contact them if I need any more help, as I left the Treatment Room in Larkhall Clinic, Hannah was upbeat and friendly but listening and totally professional.

I was thoroughly treated and always reassured. I was also given lots of advice for the coming days to treat myself. I left feeling that "Care" really meant something.

If only the politicians and management could realise what gems they have on the frontline NHS staff!
