In my view, this once brilliant surgery that was previously successfully managed by one GP for many years has been in severe decline for several years now after their departure.
I find the present management unprofessional,rude and patronising.
Witnessed phone calls unanswered and left ringing,then silenced despite enough staff.
No online services available.
Emails do not get a response.
I feel there is no continuity of care and a lack of communication between surgeries and all staffing levels.
