"The care I received was excellent!"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Radiology

(as the patient),

I went along for a Pelvic Ultrasound at Hairmyres. I wasn't really sure why I had an appointment so was nervous and was to arrive with a full bladder. It was a morning snow was due too. I was seen by Becky and Jackie who introduced themselves, put me at ease immediately, told me why I was referred and explained really clearly what was going to happen. I felt listened to and the care I received at this appointment was excellent! Thank you both!
