"Friendly staff and good service"

I attended the Sinrise Medical Centre this morning for a spirometry test, I was greeted warmly at reception and was seen on time by the nurse who carried out the test. She was most friendly and immediately put me at my ease. We chatted as she worked but got the job done efficiently and expertly guiding me through the various procedures clearly. I couldn't ask for more. Apparently I'm not allowed to mention her name.

The Medical Centre itself is a little shabby and could do with refurbishing. The waiting room was cold but in its defence it was a very cod day. However service is what counts for most and I couldn't fault it.
