"An Amazing Life Changing Experience"

About: New Cross Hospital

I was transferred from Hereford CCU on Wednesday 13th December for a triple Bypass operation. I arrived at 7pm and the staff were amazing getting to surgery by 9pm. Operating overnight I was then transferred to ICU and then vack to the ward. The staff, nurses, doctors and auxiliary were all exceptional often going the extra mile to ensure high quality care was available. The food on the unit was also exceptional which when your appetite is struggling to come back was again helpful. I was discharged on the 19th December and the emotional response from the staff seeing my progress emphasised the personal approach offered to every patient. I would like to personally thank every member of staff who have worked tirelessly to radically change my life for the next phase. I will always be grateful for the care and support along with the clinical excellence that I have received.

Thank you do much for such wonderful care
