"The difference this has made to my quality of life is unbelievable"

(as a service user),

Having been sent a review appointment for my needs and with excellent knowledge from staff I came out buzzing as I was told the wheelchair I had was obsolete and I needed a different chassis.

Within a few weeks I went back to receive new chassis and adjustments to my absolute delight as soon as I could sit on it I could not believe the difference in stability and my position in chair was far more comfortable. 

The difference this has made to my quality of life is unbelievable.

These places need to be kept by the NHS they absolutely make a big difference to peoples mobility needs.
