I'm Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people's feedback.

I am really glad that you found your first visit enjoyable and that you are taking some time to get to know others. Connection in recovery with people who understand what you are going through, and are supportive and non-judgemental is so important.

I hope you continue to attend and build positive relationships that will help you to move forward in your recovery and that you achieve everything you hope to through your own commitment and support from our service.

It was great to read your comments about how you find our staff to be friendly and I will make sure your words are shared with our East Hub's management team, so they can be passed onto all of our staff. I am sure they will greatly appreciate your feedback.
