Following my heart attack I had wonderful support from Julie and Rosie of the Fife community cardiac service. Julie worked with great determination and expertise to regularise the relationship between my blood pressure and heart rate. She was always there for me and gave me great psychological support, which made all the difference. Rosie directed my physical rehabilitation with immense care and encouragement, improving my confidence as well as my fitness.
