"Met by the most wonderful, positive, warm team"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy

(as a service user),

In December my husband want to Craigavon to have the Picc Line removed - after 60 days with nurse coming to the house to give antibiotic.

District nurses were fantastic - everyday with a smile.

On arrival at Craigavon we were met by the most wonderful, positive, warm team - Picc Line removed and we met Pauline, Susan, Tracy, Colette and Shauna. They made us feel very welcome, great team.

It helped make our Christmas.

Our sincere thanks.

Julie,

Thank you very much for your lovely feedback in relation to our IV coordinators and that they were able to support you with getting your PICC line removed.

They will be delighted that you can recall each of their names and that they made you feel welcome and helped make your Christmas for you!

Take care
