Received an email asking me to call to book an appointment for a ‘360 health check’
Took 28 mins to be told no appointments were available in London, and no I couldn’t speak to a manager, and no they wouldn’t call me back when an appointment was available. Apparently I should call back on Monday. I was asked how many times I’d tried to book, and when I said just this once it seemed I shouldn’t be surprised that I couldn’t book the first time.
You do expect a bit of customer service when you pay for a service, and not for it to raise your stress levels when you’re due a wellbeing assessment!
Seems like I’ll have to keep trying.
If they can’t sort out a decent booking system, I wonder if they can perform a decent health and wellbeing check…
