"Dedication at overbooked clinic"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as the patient),

Mr Gupta had an overbooked clinic.

He apologized, took only 30 minutes for his lunch and resumed the clinic. The nurse, Lisha, gave up her lunch break to continue assisting him.

I was impressed at this dedication showed by these members of staff.
