"Utmost professionalism and care on my cancer journey"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Surgery (wards 19, 20, 24, 26 &29) Royal Alexandra Hospital / High Dependency Unit (HDU)

(as the patient),

Did my routine bowel screening and through that and further investigation found out I had a tumour.

With the utmost professionalism and care from the whole team I felt reassured and able to cope with the start of my journey. I really can't praise the nursing staff highly enough especially my ERAS nurse Amy and Claire my stoma nurse.

Dear Camino65

I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I appreciate that this is an anxious time, I am so pleased to hear that you feel reassured and able to cope with your journey. It means a lot to the staff when patients take the time to share their feedback and I’d like to thank you on their behalf.

Take Care

Nicole
