(as the patient),

Today I needed advice and replacement equipment to continue with my 3 month regime as advised by GP. I telephoned and visited ward 43 Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy where Carrie amazed me with her care and patience and resolved all my concerns. We need nurses like Carrie who deserve recognition for wonderful level of care

My granny sent me this to put on here. Really grateful for the level of care Carrie provided her with today. The way Carrie made her feel today after does not go unnoticed and we appreciate you
