The doctor and healthcare assistant with both wonderful with my young daughter. She was nervous about what was going to happen but they put her at ease, and offering stickers for being brave was a nice touch. I was impressed with the ease of booking an appointment too - when I didn’t reply to the initial call to book an appointment, they called me back to follow up.
