About: Older People’s Services / Older Persons Assessment and Liaison Service (OPALS)

(as the patient),

I had a fall in my home approx 2 years ago this clinic sent for me recently. I am glad I attended the staff were wonderful all my vitals checked plus a session with a physio. I got leaflets and a device to help put my socks on I felt really good coming out thanks to everyone involved.
