(as a service user),

I would like to take the opportunity to share my experience and provide extremely positive feedback on the service you deliver and in particular, the extremely valuable help and support I have received from Tina, your Employment Specialist colleague.

Tina has been working with me to support me through employment difficulties. She has been invaluably helpful in assisting me navigating some unfortunate recent life events and challenges that have affected my work and confidence.

She's an incredibly knowledgeable and approachable person which has helped me to explain the challenges I've been facing and the direction I would like to go in my career and life.

I'd also like to especially highlight that her welcoming and friendly nature has really helped me to be open and put my mind at ease that I will find a fulfilling career and purpose.

Her professionalism, guidance and determination has been an incredible source of strength and support that I am thankful for.

I couldn't ask for a better employment specialist and person to work with. She is an absolute blessing and a credit to her team and her profession.

I manage a team of employment specialists which is attached to Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark& Sherwood LMHT. the service supports the service users to seek suitable job opportunities by offering intense support that is responsive to individuals' strenghts, skills abilities and percieved barriers and follows this with time unlimited on job support to help sustian employment. provides employment support, careers advise and guidance to the service users who are under the care of AMH.
