(as a service user),

I was recently referred to Gowanlea in Arbroath due to anxiety problems. I had a very positive experience with Kenny, the duty mental health nurse. He always kept me in the loop with updates on what was happening with my treatment and which service I was being referred to and how long I would need to wait roughly for treatment to begin. I found this very helpful and it put my mind at ease a little that things are moving forward to help me.
