About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I recently had a hospital appointment at ward 1B pilgrim hospital at a woman’s health clinic. This is where I met Stephanie, Emma & Clare.

I was a little nervous from a few past experiences of intimate examinations, but these ladies put me at ease from the off. Stephanie listened and understood me, giving me time to explain my symptoms.

We made a plan of what needed to be done that day together. She explained everything to me. All 3 ladies made sure I was physically and mentally comfortable as I have back & mobility issues even letting my husband stay with me at all times. 

Everything was done with efficiency and care. 

I felt listened to, cared for and respected. I could not have received better. 

An unpleasant procedure made dignified by 3 very professional, friendly and lovely women.
